Admissions Portfolios

Applications to university, especially those the require you to submit a portfolio can be extremely stressful and nerve racking. During my application process, I searched long and hard for example student portfolios to compare myself to. To my dismay, my searches turned up little to nothing, with professional portfolios dominating the results. This was both good and bad. The exposure to professional work led me to hold myself to the highest of standards which improved my work, but also left me in the dark in relation to my peers. Because of this lack of content on the subject, I felt it worthwhile to post my application portfolio as submitted to Cornell University, Drexel University, Pratt Institute.

All of my submissions were digital through a commonly used website called Slideroom except for my application to Syracuse University which was submitted as a physical book.
